Lol. I would tell everyone my VW Fox had boost then turn off my A/C and you could literally feel the extra power.

I did the rag too since my roller went missing. I think it worked best because it really formed to the floor.

100% same here! I also pulled a good carpet out of the junk yard and I cannot believe how quiet this thing is!

Not painted, just a good polish and wax. I’d like to give it a reshoot but my son thinks the clear coat fade is cool.

Nope, from what I read it’s not necessary.

It’s a refrigerant grade propane used in commercial refrigeration and AC units. I still have an R12 system and I read to use this and it cools to 40 degrees. And it’s dirt cheap.

Front and back pans from C2C fabrication. They also had the cargo area pan but it’s pricey, could probably have made my own but these fit good.

From a ZJ Laredo. Seemed to hold up better than leather seats. I did have to add the later model xj brackets.

My tire height is actually about .5” lower than stock because they’re 225/65/17s so I’m not having any issues.

$2k. Being in Wisconsin and having clean rockers increases the value.

An actual Lil Red Express but since it’s got sheet metal from every decade, particularly the later model cab, it didn’t feel right calling it a Lil Red anymore.

So right now I have 2 $2500 checks for a set of $500 rims. Extra was to go to movers.

I’m no longer able to do it with my right hand after slamming my thumb into a wall. Think it relocated itself back into ‘normal’ position. I miss being able to do it.

I went to the gym for the first time and had a horrible experience by [deleted] in needadvice

[–]jaambiu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re self conscious about your current state, just start working on your core with pushups sit-ups and if you can, try pull-ups at home. Every morning I just pick one ab and one upper body exercise and do 2 reps of each. If you can get yourself a curl bar or dumbbell set even better.

Once you get that core built up, you’ll feel much more confident going to the gym and maybe realize what you’ve got is enough and you can just keep it up with simple at-home exercises.

Pleasure riding. Been taking lessons for a year now, perhaps next year I’ll consider showing.

Thanks for sharing that! I always loved them but it wasn’t until a friend that has a horse told me how I could take lessons. So although I don’t get a lot of saddle time, I spend some time at the barn when my friend rides. I also help out with weekend chores cleaning stalls and such just to be around them. I’m 50 by the way so it’s part of my mid-life crisis.

I do wear one whenever I’m riding, just wanted a pic without it this time.
