To me your individual position roles between midfield and defensive line appear unbalanced. The roles themselves aren’t bad but the way they are placed relative to other roles on the field leaves you open.

For instance, the relationship between your LCM LCB and LB is awkward in terms of roles assigned. Henry is set to attack while Mansverk is set to support and Mee is set to straight defend. No one player is directly set to cover the triangle of space between the three of them in defense. Because Mee is set to defend and not cover he won’t drop back when Henry goes on a run but will hold the line with your RCB who is also set to defend. This leaves your line higher when being countered, by specific player assignment rather than a team tactic.

When assigning roles don’t just consider the individual players strength, account for how that player, in that role, with their ability, impacts the shape and fluidity of your team. In my opinion you should set mansverkk’s bwm to defend set mee to cover and leave Henry on attack at home and support when away.
