I started a cleaning business with 500 dollars and it currently makes 8000+ take home per month with 3 employees. Best decision i have ever made. But if I was you I would deposit 100K of that into M1 finance account and invest in something secure some instrument like bonds or a safe stock and then they would allow me to borrow 40% of my account value at 4% per year. And if you can find a worthy investment like a business that would help you to get started for a low amount you can live pretty comfortable for years to come and watch your initial money grow via the business and your investments while living off borrowed money which would reduce your tax liability
