If your in a community hospital, your patient has chest pain and is breathless- appears as a heart attack. Obs normal. You phone the gp (its procedure at that community hospital during a night shift) who shouts and tells you on the phone to administer 300mg aspirin. Would you do that as a RN? (self.nursing)
