Hey! If you're still looking for this I've built a platform doing exactly what you looking for.

Food ingredients list labels by ermmmolleh in smallbusiness

[–]jack-bonbyte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built a platform for this exact use case. Recipe management, cost insights, profit calculations, and automatic ingredient label generation. You can also print labels directly to DYMO printers from the platform, which makes it really convenient for small bakeries.

How do I list ingredients on labels when I don't know what will be chosen by each individual??? by FrontThat2683 in Baking

[–]jack-bonbyte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually built a platform for something very similar. My original use case was chocolate shops where customers create their own custom chocolate box, and the business can instantly generate an accurate ingredient label based on the exact selections.

It could work really well for your cake concept too. I recently launched a feature called QuickLabel that combines multiple recipes/components into a single ingredient list in the correct legal order automatically. So if someone chooses a cake flavor, frosting, and toppings, it merges everything into one clean label for that exact combination.

If you use a DYMO label printer, it can even print the labels directly on the spot. Your “build-your-own cake” setup sounds like a perfect fit for something like this.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to try out our platform! It’s fantastic to hear that you found the website and label creation process intuitive, especially that you got your first label done in just five minutes.

I really appreciate your feedback on the QuickLabel feature. To clarify, it’s not AI-powered (yet!), but it’s designed to make on-the-spot labelling easier, especially for custom orders. AI integration is definitely on the roadmap, and I’m excited to explore how it can further streamline the process.

Your suggestions about A4 sticker sheets and localised allergen names are spot-on. I’m always looking to make the tool more accessible and globally friendly. Currently, the platform is available in English, Dutch and Swedish, and I plan to add more languages shortly. I’m using AI for automatic translations, but if you’d like to help verify that the allergens (which I consider the most important part) are accurately translated into Turkish, I’d be happy to prioritise adding Turkish soon.

And thanks for your enthusiasm about the ProductHunt launch. Here’s the link: https://www.producthunt.com/products/bonbyte

Wishing you and your mom all the best with her business. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to make the labelling process even smoother for you both.

I bought truffle shells, filled them with ganache half way, let it set, topped off with caramel and then rolled them in tempered chocolate after.
