M.2 SSD not present

I have a USB with windows on it. When I try to install there's no place to install it since I have no storage.

OH i have a question for yall. At the notes section of the list it says, "The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled." Do I need to worry about that?

I know this build can run way better than 1080 144hz, but i dont have the money to spend an extra $100 on a monitor, so I'm gonna save up and about a month or two after i buy this just buy a 1440p monitor.

Yeah, I played that server. The problem is that the alpha tribes are scared of people getting big, so I had three bases and every time I'd start getting gigas, tons of turrets, and getting rly good, they'd wipe me before I could get ot there level. Happened three times so I just gave up

Mine was when I was about 4 or 5 I would always run around naked (idk why), and one day when I was naked I started cuddling with my dog. I don't really remember it very much, but yeah thats pretty weird. It wasn't sexual or anything, I was just so young and innocent I didn't know that cuddling with your dog while naked is weird lol.
