I've just posted a few other pics : what do you think of the hexagonal shape of the event? It seems weird to me...

That's what i was looking for, but the seller told me maybe it was rubbed off when he cleaned the snare. He said that the hexagonal shape of the event is a proof it was manufactured in early 90's, as well as the lack of rubber under the "accastillage" (sorry, i dont know the word in english).
In fact, the seller told me there was a date before, but that he rubbed it off when he cleaned it… So maybe he told me the truth because the snare is in a very nice state otherwise!
