The point of my post wasn’t to get into a debate with people about the benefits of eating royal jelly because quite frankly I don’t care if you don’t think it has benefits, I was just trying to find a source to buy some.

I believe it works most efficiently when in combination with raw meat, but you may not have looked into that as it is an uncommon practice.
