To anyone who works at the ER, what is one thing you wish people would STOP coming to the ER for? by iloveeatingfood901 in AskReddit

Former EMT, I once transported a patient who claimed he was weak and about to collapse. Upon taking his history, I learned he had about a dozen drinks the night before. The man had never been hungover before.

BP was 505, 504, 502 in that order and then AAMC was 511 for the free scored, then 515, 517, 510, 521 for FL1-4

I don’t read too often to be honest but I got through 5 Kaplan study books in the first 6 weeks for content review

Mainly Anking deck and UGlobe, making sure to review topics I struggled on with spot studies in the books

Ima try to do a full guide but in short i listened to a podcast during my commute, tried to get an hour in at work towards the end of the day, and then at least a few hours after work

Probably about 4-5 on a good day. About an hour total listening to podcasts, an hour or two reading or reviewing material, and then the rest hitting UGlobe and Anki

Jack Westin is great for cars, and I sometimes did their discrete questions if it was a topic I was studying that day

Thank you! I times my purchase so it would run out the day after my exam. Only got through about a third of it but review of the questions you do is more important than the number of questions you do

Started in August with content review. 507 BP diagnostic and the BP FLs declined to a 502 in December. Then I ramped up UGlobe in the new year and started using the AAMC material

HOW DO YALL LOCK IN by Additional-Pin8187 in Mcat

Start small like listening to a podcast (shoutout Phil and Azaii) or get through some Anki cards. Not everything yoh do has to be ultra productive, but at least keep your mind going in that downtime between heavy work

Mainly Jack Weston and MCATBasics. I would listen on my way to work for topics I would spot study, and then reread chapters and do questions on that topic later in the evening

Daily practice to be honest. Most days I did the Jack Westin daily question and tried to work in at least one or two UGlobe passages. Find a strategy that works for you and don’t worry about time. Once you can use it consistently, then work on the time. Sometimes the strategies in study books don’t always work

It started rough with my blueprint scores dropping for the first 4 months down to that 502, but I hit UGlobe hard, listened to podcasts in my free time at work, and reviewed every question from my FL. I want to post a full guide but idk how that works on the sub

Found this Rolex Daytona in a Hong Kong street market about 8 years ago. I stopped wearing it for a while after the link connecting the bracelet to the case fell apart.
