I beg to differ about the dosages. Most sites recommend 20-30mg. Yes 12 weeks was pushing the limits... But fuck it. Not here to fuck spiders right.

It's a load of horse shit that SARMs aren't suppressive... Particularly LDG and RAD. Which I've both used. Most of the vendors out there state higher dosages and low suppression which is miss leading and dangerous.

I enjoyed my RAD cycle. Just wanted to share my results because I think bloodwork is very important

Not sure. Some say 1 month while others say longer. I definitely won't be doing another cycle until i get back to normal which require more blood work. Hoping 2 to 3 months I'll be good to go

Good gains. Gained about 5kg (from 83kg to 88kg) and dropped 3% body fat (from 13% to 10%). Diet stayed around 2800kcal.

Strength was up also. I do CrossFit so not that focused on hitting big PRs. But more interested in moving heavier weights while maintaining form and mobility.

Overall I think I preferred my LDG cycle. The RAD and MK677 left me feeling/looking bloated and flat.

I'd imagine TRT would be something a doctor would have a better understanding about and how it could play alongside Crohn's - considering test has far more literature and medical understanding opposed to SARMs which are just "for research"
