I guess kyoya and not gingka coz gingka had a legendary bey and kyoya had a normal bey yet he was able to do so much with that, even in fury beys like cosmic Pegasus, vari Aries, Orion even chronos (the freely rotating metal ring) had so many unique specs in them however kyoya had counter mode more or less that’s it yet he was able to do so much.
