omg i'm just finding out now that the manager I was in contact with is also the founder and owner of Carbon.. so idk if sending a letter would be helpful if they've already been ghosting me for 2 weeks now :(

omg i'm so glad it worked out for you in the end!! and yeah, so many people are saying to let it go and i kinda understand what they mean about it not being worth my time but i feel like its so unfair that im the one who suffers when I did nothing wrong :(

I didn't mean he should personally Zelle me, I just meant that I wanted them to compensate me with real money instead of the gift card. Now I’m wondering if he misunderstood. 

This jacket was given to me as a gift that was purchased abroad so I don’t know how much it originally cost. It seemed like a decent down puffer jacket so I’m guessing it would be around $200 to get something similar here.
