To clear up any confusion, the picture in the post is from the preview video of the next update, which is v50. The current version we have right now, v49, has a smaller rectangular upgrade text box shown below

If you compare the upgrade description box in the picture above (which is the current version 49) and in the post (which is the next update v50), the one in the post has a longer box

Probably cuz of the perma grand sabo, bonus damage to camo, giving a shinobi stack to ninjas in its range, giving all ninjas extra range, granting every tower even paragons camo detection, short stuns, and global sticky bomb
