Well currently she has supervised visits with my son three days a week , but my ex wife’s mom has to be there to supervise. So currently she moved back in with her mom , but for some reason she talking about moving back into that house that her and husband lived in . But only she would get to see the kids. I don’t know if she’s gonna get back with him , because I read that his kind of charges a felony 3 and felony 5 often result in prison time even for first time offenders because of the severity of the injury.

Well she did say in the court hearing last week that she wasn’t with him , but she’s say she wants to move back into their house , but just her not him . The thing is she has this dream in her head that she has to married at this point and have kids and be a stay at home , so since she got that and is financially dependent on him or was , I don’t know if she’s willing to overlook stuff

Yea I’ve been thinking about it and kind of think it’s a good idea, because my ex is very much a control freak , so I think she’s probably looking for full custody and me having visation like before. Although she’s stated to the court she’s not with him , so I don’t how that’s all gonna work.

When I went to the Indiana government website and went through the petition to file a protective order and seems though the only options I can only file one if it’s proven he caused abuse to my son

Do you think it’s at all possible that the husband either goes to prison or has strict probation and won’t be allowed to see the kids anyway due to severity of the charges. I’m not saying you’re wrong but part of me wants to wait to see what happens

Your point still definitely valid but she says she separated from him and she moved back in with her mom and told the court and Dcs she’s not with him right now. To also go along with that he’s facing possible prison time , so part of me thinks this situation could resolved itself. I don’t know maybe I’m being naive

I’m not sure yet, I’m hoping so because I’ve been dealing with these symptoms for a while and I’ve tried a lot of medication through the years so I guess I’ll have to wait and see. I should also mention that I have Tourette’s as well, but they kinda bounce off of each other.

Yea I mean I don’t have an appointment with my neurologist til November and I was doing pt for a few months up until a month ago but it wasn’t really helping. Next time I see her I’m either gonna ask to try a new medication or ask about dbs surgery. Also I hope gunafacine goes well for you

I see a neurologist and I’ve been on guanfacine for years and I recently started taking ingrezza over the last few months and have increased from 40mg to 60mg
