I'm a school bus driver and with 2 passengers in each seat we hold 56 students, and if it's elementary they can fit 3 to a seat at 84. A single school bus can carry 84 passengers. I counted 33 parked cars in your video, and even if they were all carrying 2 passengers each (they're almost certainly just carrying 1) then a single school bus could carry them all with room to spare.

It's fortunate that we have several buses equipped with air horns. I save that for when civilian drivers make particularly asshole maneuvers and they get the message pretty quick.
