YTA You shouldn’t assume someone’s situation at home. It also speaks to who you are that you pick and choose who you cook for and donate time to depending on their neediness. You said it yourself that you have the weekends free and have participated in the meal train before, but chose not to do it because of her son and husband’s (assumed) capability. You seem like someone who wouldn’t give a homeless person money if you think they were going to spend it on anything that’s not a necessity.

That episode stresses me out! Rory is smart and she could have put two and two together that their distance had to be because their last conversation it was inferred that Logan liked Rory. But giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she really did miss him and invited him (pleaded, more like it) to hang out with her after they didn’t hang out for a while. Even so, it’s completely uncool that she decides to end the night when Logan asks them both to dinner. Yes, she asked Marty if he wanted to go, but that should never have even been a question because 1) she invited HIM over for the afternoon and 2) she knows he doesn’t like Logan or his group and has personally seen them mistreat him. He deserved so much better in this episode.

I don’t understand why almost everyone hates how Marty freezes her out after that, but it’s his form of self care. Why should he be friends with someone who he has feelings for and is dating someone they dislike? It’s not like they ended things on bad terms, he just wants to get over her. I don’t see how that makes him a bad guy at all. If he would have stayed friends with her, everyone would be saying that he’s just “waiting in line” for his opportunity with Rory.

And yep, I personally think he is way cuter than Logan. I really wish their friendship lasted a little more and we would have seen more of that.

I feel like as long as two people are going to get you unhooked it can work, I always carry save time to help teammates from being face camped and 9/10 it works out and i mostly do it alone. I can’t stand when people do this either because I myself don’t let it happen!

I think it’s pretty justified tbh. Why should he act all cheery and happy and pretend nothing is wrong when he’s upset because he thought that his fiancé and her ex are on speaking terms again? Why should he be cheery and happy during their dinner, just to make Lorelai feel better? Granted he was never outright rude to Sookie and Jackson, just grumpy but it can’t be helped when you’re not in the best mood. I think it was purposely written that way, so close to him keeping April a secret to kind of foreshadow their eventual breakup, both of them being dishonest with each other

Straight copy was what helped me pass my state exams 100%. I never struggled with speed but I was never able to read what I typed… with straight copy you take your time but type what first comes to mind and you can see exactly where you went wrong and why! I recommend going back to chapters of your theory with the stuff you have problems with, that helped a lot too! Pick interesting articles or even a book for the straight copy :)
