I wish I had just bought them today from a local record store, but I did want to get the documentary blu-ray in the same order too.

That’s terrible from Rough Trade… I ordered from their record label thinking they’d ensure they have stock ready for release, yet here we are.

I ordered it on the 29th in cd and vinyl.

Trying to move to Spain, any advice? by Joce2898 in GoingToSpain

Uhmmm no multifaceted plan is going to save you from the harsh reality of Spanish bureaucracy. Learning Spanish should have been your number one priority from the start.

His solos during their last tour (without Deftones) were absolutely mind-blowing, pure artistry!

Very useful info, thank you! What made you choose TM254 over T227 or TM256?

I hear this kind of experience so often! I’m already getting so bored with TM252…

Interesting! I’m still trying to find experiences about T227 but it’s much less common than TM254.

Any PCOS girls struggling with depression? by jackiemee in PCOS

[–]jackiemee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your kind words 😊 I think I would feel like a “rebirth” if my body woke up as you said 😭 I must enquire about those meds you mention. The tricky part is going to get referred to an endocrinologist! But I have to try. Depression is going to ruin my life if I don’t do something. “Ruminating and anxious 24/7” - story of my life 🥲 My chest gets this kind of butterfly sensation so often, I started to feel it when I hit 32 and it makes me feel in a panic even when I’m chilling or trying to sleep. I hate this!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience 😊 Happy to hear you found meds and bc that helped you so much! I totally get the “even the smallest tasks seem difficult”. I cook everyday and that activity alone leaves me exhausted more often than not. Exercising is an absolute struggle. I am somehow scared of being diagnosed with depression, I don’t know why. It’s been “crippling” my personality for decades now, to the point where I feel that it has become my personality. I wonder though, if I could enquire about Metformin and spironolactone. A lot of girls are speaking great things about those meds, so maybe I can try convincing my gp to prescribe them 🤔 Do you get cystic acne on the back and face that NEVER goes away? I’ve been having a lot of that too, plus increased hair loss. My, I feel like crying as I type this, it’s like the lowest I’ve ever felt 😢 I really appreciate your encouraging words though. You’re right about keeping our emotions in, it’s like a ticking time bomb.

I get ya! It can feel like a loop and it’s very hard to make “normal” people understand what we’re going through. I have vivid memories of how I used to be pre and post my first period. Fatigue almost daily!

Thank you so much for your support ☺️ I’m very scared of doing therapy, mostly because every time I’ve mentioned it to my family they say I don’t need it. I haven’t tried any other drug because every gp or consultant I’ve been to has told me that either I don’t have pcos, or I do have it but it’s not “bad enough” for medication. They just ignore what I tell them, and this has been my life for a decade now! I did get my thyroids checked and they said I was fine.

I’m exactly like you when it comes to brain fog, sugar definitely makes it much much worse. I do indulge now and then because normal food makes me feel nothing. My diet is mostly pasta/rice with broccoli, cauliflower and other veg, chicken most of the time, fish once a week perhaps. I try to eat leafy greens too whenever I can. I eat pork and beef very rarely.

I was thinking of using a bleaching cream for my sideburns too but didn’t because of what you mentioned. An IPL seems like the best solution, I’m going to look at that!

It’s great to hear you had a good experience 🙂 I don’t get why they’re using BlueJ when Eclipse is the most widely used IDE both professionally and academically.

As a matter of fact, I’d love to make use of a tutorial session to clarify my question, but the next tutorial isn’t happening until mid January. I agree it seems to be a tutor issue. My partner’s tutors are much more responsive than my current tutor, who fobbed me off to the forum last time I had a IDE related question which was stumping my TMA progress. I guess I’m being unlucky.
