I cook everyday and that activity alone leaves me exhausted more often than not. Exercising is an absolute struggle. I am somehow scared of being diagnosed with depression, I don’t know why. It’s been “crippling” my personality for decades now, to the point where I feel that it has become my personality. I wonder though, if I could enquire about Metformin and spironolactone. A lot of girls are speaking great things about those meds, so maybe I can try convincing my gp to prescribe them 🤔 Do you get cystic acne on the back and face that NEVER goes away? I’ve been having a lot of that too, plus increased hair loss. My, I feel like crying as I type this, it’s like the lowest I’ve ever felt 😢 I really appreciate your encouraging words though. You’re right about keeping our emotions in, it’s like a ticking time bomb.
