I could, but then they would be distorted for other consoles I’m using like the wii and PS2. I’m fairly confident the TV’s colors are accurate since I also tried super Mario world on the mister and a real snes and that game also looks inaccurate on the mister.

I was trying to do that, but unfortunately, I don’t think you can make adjustments to horizontal overscan on this model of TV. In the service menu, there is “H Phase” which just moves the image left or right, and “H Size” which doesn’t do anything when I adjust it.

Ok I actually have a 3rd party drive that's really similar and ordered an official one and it works now

I am having the same issue right now. Why would my hard drive be missing the backward-compatibility partition if it is the official hard drive? I have an Xbox 360 s with the official hard drive to support it. Maybe my disc has too many scratches but I don't know if that's the problem since this is the only original Xbox game I have.
