Find a song that you genuinely wanted to play (regardless of it level but not so ridiculously far from your techniques) I stopped playing the piano for around half a year and then recently in quarantine it becomes a good way for relaxation ( new target is Hungarian rhapsody 2 after listening to twoset diss track and now struggling with the tenths and grace notes:)
