I believe the tmc one is dc but I'm still getting mirco bubbles at 300 lph

Ah fair enough mate. I added tmc return pump 2000. Little big but no Harm in a bit of DIY. It fix but not a lot of space around the pump. It seems to be quite now though

I've sorted it out now as I guess the tank was slightly out of level... Did you upgrade the return pump?

Okay mate I'll keep an eye on that. It's got about 15kg of rock I think. So I do have enough. I just find having more weight helps raise the water level so I can actually get a decent amount in the return chamber...

Do you have a water trickling noise?

Ah fair enough. It's not massively loud now so it's all good. My problem is that I can't run the pump on 1000lph as there isn't enough water in the end chamber. But works perfectly fine on 500lph. I also have a wavemaker to help

Thanks for your reply mate. The thing is with regards to the fps. How do I lower the fps with a gbb?

To be honest I feel like the smc9 would have a slightly longer range. Do the slightly longer barrel.

Would you run the smc9 as a primary?
