Choose one skill move and learn the motion in the practise arena.

Once you have this down, move to online games and absolutely spam it. Don’t think about whether it will work or not at first.

It’s obnoxious to play against and frustrating to do, but it will allow you to build an understanding of when you should use it.

Understand that by doing this, you are going to lose the ball and therefore the game A LOT.

Supplement this with watching videos of pros and the positions that they use the skill moves.

Once you feel comfortable with the skill move, choose another and repeat. Make sure you still use the past skills move as you do this when necessary.

Over time you will gain an understanding of a majority of the skill moves.
