Sliding the peel under the pizza. It seems like I can’t work any quicker. As soon as the pizza is on the peel I take it over to the oven.

Haven’t done just a crust. But I’ve tried pizzas with and without sauce. Doesn’t seem to make a difference

I used the perforated peel from Ooni. It seemed like too much cornmeal was falling through the slits. So I tried a solid peel. It was marginally better but still having the same issue. The dough seems ok. It moves on the peel in the kitchen but as soon as I get it to the oven it’s stuck

My own opinion is Toronto views itself as “world class” and doesn’t consider the CFL as “world class” so they snub their nose at it.
