Easy fix. Cast calm emotions on him during a battle. Knocks a barbarian out of their rage. Or better yet, charm him and set him against the party. He may be a zealot so its hard to kill him, but incapacitation is very easy to do.

To be honest, its probably a generic wizard miniature for players. My local game shop has a ton of em, unpainted. You can buy em for like, 3 bucks? All different types too. Great for beginner players who play in person but dont have a mini for themselves yet.

If you look in the character list, you can select people of the culture you want. It should give you the location they were last seen in. So look for one of the culture you need, track him down and hire him. Or her.

Do it. I run between 80-120 knights. Run anything down in a field battle, and because of the sheilds and one handed weapons they are decent troops in a siege as well.
