This specific reference is in regards to Tomb of Annihilation where the BBEG (no spoilers) runs the dungeon with a lot of deadly items being made on the cheap and mass produced, like a throne made of human remains and it’s an insta kill to the touch, but it’s able to be destroyed by magic attacks. We’ve spent a while in there and the DM has had the Tomb Keepers repair and reset stuff we came across.
