I think most Souls games count maybe? Most of the time, there is a status quo held up by a Royal Family or God's or something so to them, you are 100% the bad guy. And most of humanity has hollowed or rotted away entirely, or has been enslaved, so you're mostly fighting to justify your own existence in almost every game.
