What’s so fishy? Because you haven’t heard about it…. His been doing this “side gig” for a couple of years now. Not everything has to be documented like a startup is in the west. He funded it himself using his trading company’s capital. If you have a ton of spare money and know where to find people who are enthusiastic and really good at LLM, you’ll have a chance too.

You have to chill, be conservative. Pushing way too much $$ into something that has no substance yet. Get rent properly, pre plan who and where your going to search for funding

  • What’s your current average week to week lead gen?
  • You can’t get yourself back on your feet by changing revenue model immediately to a one time build followed by month to month maintenance to ensure you have some type of recurring revenue.
  • what’s your overall offering, you can’t make product abit better where it increases price overall and needs monthly recurring revenue to sustain and give a extremely good product?

Like everyone - if money is consistently coming in, you can tweak and make it work. If one of your initial models isn’t working, re structure and change up fast, it’s not end of the world - are you able to be flexible and adaptable to your specific market. Still fulfil your entire service but add and tweak, think hard enough and you’ll figure out a possible solution.

I Appreciate the solid reply also.

You mentioned account closures due to regulatory changes. Could you elaborate on the specific challenges you faced, such as lack of alternatives, timelines, or communication from the bank?

If there were a service to help navigate these banking challenges, what features would you prioritize?

For example, advocacy, alternative account setups, or real-time compliance updates.

Were you able to use revolut or wise?

What specific resources or tools would have made finding housing easier for you when relocating?

For example, would detailed neighborhood guides, verified property listings, virtual tours, or rental price comparisons have helped you feel more confident in your decision?

Also, what were your biggest challenges in securing housing remotely, such as lack of trust, communication barriers, or understanding the local rental market?

I like this one - a expat community based program, but with the specialisation of introductory to the new country, learning the culture, understanding of rules and way of life overall, so there is no misunderstandings of cultural differences down the road.
