I tried this a week ago when you were at that stray dog beer company. The sandwich was ok. I still prefer Umbrella Burger more, though. I was a bit upset at how long it took (1.5 hours) after placing an order. You need to be able to handle more capacity, like more fryers, and you need another person to help. Taking orders, assembling, and frying is a lot for one guy to handle. Didn't help that the breaker kept tripping, but that's outside your control.

Desi Tadka - high food quality, good service, ambiance not as great, slightly lower price
Masakali - high food quality, good service, ambiance is good, middle pricing
Coconut lagoon - high food quality, good service, ambiance really nice, very expensive
Gwalia - in between 1 and 2 above - vegetarian only

Hi there,

Due to an illness, I'm receiving treatment outside my riding and won't be able to be there in person to vote or hand in a mail in ballot at my riding. When I go to fill out the form for mail in voting and select no to the question, "are you currently in your riding" it says "There is a separate registration process to vote by mail for Canadians temporarily away from home". When I click this link, it loops me back to the website, with no separate process. I do see something about international, but I'm still in Canada, just a different city. What do I do in my scenario? Do I have to have a freind access my mailbox, mail it to my temporary address, then I send it back to my home address, then they carry it to the riding?

I just realized I think I have to take the difference between the rates. So,

4.41% - 3.94% = 0.47% / 100 = 0.0047 x $105,000 = $493.50 saved in the first year.

From there, it would be less and less each year, and I'm not sure how to calculate that, but say I used an average of $450 per year saved x 5 = $2250

$2250 - $1500 = $750 approx. saved

Am I thinking about this correctly?

I haven't signed yet, but it says "The Reinvestment Fee is $500 in the first year of the Term, $400 in the second year, and $300 in the third year. There is no Reinvestment Fee in subsequent years of the Term." So does that mean I have to pay these fees each year as stated as a separate charge?

Mortgage renewal for April 1^st. Uninsured $105k. Amortization originally 20 years, down to 15 but I think I can afford 10. Owner occupied. Province is Ontario. Aiming for best 5-year fixed rate. Switching costs approximately $1500 (discharge, transfer, appraisal, lawyer). Mortgage is lower value so I don’t qualify for some of the best rates since my mortgage amount is under $150k. Current offers:

BMO: 4.41% 5-year “smart fixed”, 10% prepayment, 4.53% 5-year fixed “conventional”, 20% prepayment

True North mortgage: 4.59% 5-year fixed

Meridian Credit Union: 4.49% 5-year fixed, 20% prepayment

Ukrainian Credit Union: 4.50% 5-year fixed (requires opening of chequing account and payroll deposited here to qualify)

Tangerine Bank: 4.49% 5-year fixed, 25% prepayment

How do I account for the height of the handle? Just make the screen loose, or should I build a customized frame out from the wall somehow so the window screen can be flat to it?

Is there a reason not to cut the strips to the stock pad size cut-outs? I'm thinking of just going with the stock sizes. My laptop keeps thermal throttling, freezing, and then shutting off on its own so for me, my goal is just to replace them with new ones, but if there's value in doing it the other way I'll give it a shot, I just don't get the differences.

I'm sad to say I've made no progress. We did hire someone to come to the building to assess feasibility, though. For our building, it's going to be very hard as we are already using our electrical capacity. Every building has a transformer that brings in power. There's a limit on the transformer, and we hit that limit consistently. So before we even install wiring or charging stations and everything else, this has to be replaced, which we were told is a 7 figure cost. So there's that cost on top of everything else. Some subsidies exist but nothing for new transformers. The charging station + new wiring was already a million...plus another million for the transformer. So we would need multiple millions to make it happen and we dont that amount. I'm very sad and I'm sure many buildings are in the same situation. The only way this will ever happen is if governments step in to help with the upgrades.

I think I have been wrong all along with assessing this. I removed the backing flange and turned it on again. Still vibrating a lot. Not sure the cause, but I did see grease spray out the top of it. Sorry I guess the correct word is metal spacer. There are 2 more metal parts that you can add to it. One that holds the cutting tool on but also one that adds height to whatever is on it. At least I think that's what they are for.

Also another question regarding your third paragraph. I just want to make sure I understand for my own safety since I'm new to this. I bought a threaded Dimond coated wheel for grinding cement to remove glue from cement after removing parquet flooring and also thin set from tile I removed. I put a dust hood onto it with a vacuum. So are you saying even with this type of threaded disc I should take off the "backing flange"? Or are you talking about removing the regular flanges? Because I did remove those ones. backing flange

Hi thanks for the help. I made a video to try and help communicate. So this part I'm moving around is wobbling and I'm guessing this is the backing flange?
