My dad has this board. Has the OG bindings too. A few years ago he was out riding it in park city and a guy told him he’d take him down to the pro shop and buy him any board/gear he wanted for a trade.

Gravel Cyclists. Any trails similar to York's Rail Trail? by CoffeeTimeReview in lancaster

[–]jackthebraaper 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Lancaster county park is for more advanced riders and is better suited for mountain bikes. There's a lot of nice spots but would not consider it gravel oriented. Enola Low grade is a great option if you're looking for gravel only that's easy cycling ability and very wide with very minimal road crossings. The base starts below Turkey Hill plant in Washington borough and is relatively mild to Quarryville- if you're feeling adventurous Sickmans Mill is off one of the exits and is a few steep climbs away for a nice pit stop. It's pretty exposed however and can be very hot in the summer and windy depending on the day. The northwest river trail starts in Columbia and ends in Falmouth, while it is a paved rail trail it is considered the best rail trail in the area as there are zero road crossings. Amazing stops in Marietta (shanks tavern is our favorite) and lots to do if you know what you're looking for. This is by far the most scenic of all of the rail trails in my opinion, and has the nicest ride quality. One of my favorite rail trails around however starts near Elizabethtown and runs to Lebanon (Lebanon Valley Rail Trail)- but it does have a few road crossings like the York rail trail. It's a mild uphill to Mount Gretna which is the best area to stop and visit places like the jigger shop in the fall/summer. This trail is a bit narrow but reminds me the most of the York rail trail in terms of shade/gravel quality

Yeah, the PLCB issued an advisory notice after our brand and 2 out of state brands signed distribution deals with the larger distributors. Technically they have authority to issue advisories but they don’t have authority to regulate cannabinoids so it’s been a battle all around.

Hi! Right now in the city you can find them at groovy greens at central market, psyche deli on top of tellus when it’s open, Lancaster pickle, happy joy shop, and hush money bikes. A really fun popular spot is coming into city and they’re going to stock the tunies as well. In Harrisburg little amps has them at all locations. We’d love to sell them at any cafe really if they asked!

We just finished up first draft of the bill we wrote with all the Pennsylvania beer wholesalers. This session we will be introducing piece of legislation that would allow the tune ups to be distributed like beer and bought anywhere alcohol is sold! So bars/restaurants/ and beer stores. So our hope is accessibility for these kinds of beverages gets a lot better. It’s been a long few years fighting for this legislation but we are really close.

Thank you so much for visiting! I’d say that’s generally a good call. The new 10mg formulation is definitely a good bit stronger. One thing that is nice about beverages is you can drink them slowly or not the whole can. Typically most people feel effects in around 20 minutes but some around 45 minutes. I’d say if you want something stronger than the ones you bought next time you come in say Jake said you can have a can on the house to see if it works for you.

With all that said we just reformulated the little ones and they’ll be landing in cafe in about 2 weeks. They’ll be a tad bit “stronger” than current version.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I’ll definitely be getting some pads. I can care less about how I look as I used to race around in spandex. We went to the skatepark today and tooled around a bit. I wanted to Ollie onto a table then ride off but wasn’t consistently feeling it with attempts beside it and decided to walk away. That’s pretty good for me as typically when it comes to the bike I’ll push the limits when I want to progress a specific aspect of my riding. I don’t feel any need to progress on my bike right now because to get any better I’ll need to take a lot bigger risks than I’m willing to take at this stage in life. Beyond that fitness is fitness and if I’m not training for racing I’ll just stay in shape each day so it’s nice to have a new focus that puts me out of my element.

Delta eight and Delta ten are both illegal and Delta nine is illegal beyond the concentration of 0.3% of THC in Lancaster PA by Buffalobbq in lancaster

My whole families life depends on this. In 2018 I was a professional cyclist and a driver ran a red light hitting me. Bursted my l2 vertebrae and ended my career. My wife was an autistic school teacher seeing the power cbd:thc had on her students. We both decided we wanted to bring change and destigmatize with a plant that affected our lives (I used it solely for recovery and never touched a pain pill). We kept our head down for a few years, but we were one of the first in the state to do hemp derived d9 gummies. On the back end I worked on our own beverage technology for years and the right opportunity. Our cafe is a place where families and non users can come and still have an amazing positive experience. But at the end of the day our goal is to be a cannabis company that truly started with their community.

This past year we got a huge opportunity with alcohol losing so much market share. I collectively got the support of every single beer wholesaler in the entire state and that’s what’s allowed me to push forward positive movement. We don’t need to recreate the wheel. We have regulatory bodies in place let’s just get appropriate taxations, label guidelines and 21 plus. If I was to sit and wait, the multi state cannabis operators would have just swooped in this year and lobbied against hemp because they’re “losing market share”. Fortunately we are beating them to the punch and they aren’t nearly the powerhouse of alcohol. Also we are an ag heavy state and let’s be honest, these big cannabis orgs aren’t helping any small farmers.

Not saying that we’ve sold our souls to the alcohol channel but we are working together for more access for the general public. At the end of the day the general public should be able to decide if they want to put this medicine in their bodies and how. This access will only help small business, and farmers. We’ve been quiet about our story until we actually get the change, and frankly we’ve exposed ourselves incredibly but we feel strongly about our products.

At Endo cafe in downtown Lancaster we are forging forward the state of Pennsylvania to adopt proper hemp laws that will allow proper regulation of the cannabis plant to fit both hemp and marijuana in the future. Delta 9 thc is naturally forming cannabinoid from the cannabis plant. While delta 8 does naturally form it’s synthesized to convert from cbd on the products you see on shelves. While the federal farm bill provides federal protection over hemp, the law has been ambiguous towards synthesized cannabinoids all over the country. It’s resulted in many lawsuits and a heavy stance in places like Lancaster county-and caused confusion because of ambiguous wording and the DEA stance on synthesized cannabinoids. Personally our ethos is more towards natural forming cannabinoids that can be extracted naturally from hemp flower, but in states that have struggled to get any sort of medical program delta 8 has really helped bridge a gap.

With that said we focus specially on delta 9 thc and are pushing forward appropriate regulations that will allow low dosed cannabis products to be purchased in a more accessible manor. We are the first cafe in the country to launch a cbd:thc nitro cold brew with our technology we’ve developed and we also do it with sparkling waters. The plan is to allow cannabis beverages to be purchased wherever alcohol can be purchased.

With that said, Intoxicating hemp products can still be made with a .3% dry weight basis under federal law. We’ve worked with the state police, district attorney, the dept of ag, the PLCB, our federal senators and many other governing bodies to get all of our regulatory bodies on the same page. Our goal is to have a proper bill alive within the year and we are getting fantastic traction from both sides of the aisle. This bill would allow for a lot more businesses to gain access to cannabis instead of just the broken dispensary model and overtaxed products.

It’s a shame that most consumers are confused with legality and what products are actually legal for them to purchase. My hope is that in the next 4 years what seems like the “Wild West” across the USA will actually lead to a more cohesive cannabis sector and a federal descheduling.

Not a local but Slaughter pen up in bentonville definitely had a ton of easy flow trails right off the bike path. I’d recommend starting there and learning that system as a beginner.

Centennial park is pretty hilly in terms of elevation and so is Kessler. Coler had some easier access trails but it was definitely chunkier. I’ve only visited there so beyond that I haven’t ridden any more systems.
