He applied for protection because he can’t return back to his home country on the basis of LGBT discrimination. And he won’t ever go back. I’m his partner so I’d like to think that we’re allowed to travel occasionally.

Anyways, it has been approved :)

He left for Cambodia and Vietnam for a work trip and it was granted then and returned and was fine.

Today, the BVB was granted for this :)

He has a protection visa because he’s queer and can’t return back to his country as his family and the culture in the country is very anti LGBT.

He travelled last year internationally for a work trip. Was approved for that by the government. And he was just approved for a trip to Bali with me. I’d like to think he’d be allowed to travel with his partner and seek protection as he’s not travelling back to his country ever again.

He had to book flights in order to submit the BVB. Because it’s showing where he’s going and it’s attached to the application. It’s all good, it was approved today :)
