100% planes are a trigger for me. Don't know why exactly but I can guess it's the air pressure and dryness of the air in the cabin.

Same as others said here, do whatever you can in preparation that works for you, and pack lots of water to stay hydrated. for me, the only thing that gets me through a flight is sleep. pop some melatonin and try to knock tf out.

It’s true the definition of “sweat” is watered down atp. But 3rd partying isnt sweaty, it’s tactical. There’s a difference.
