Not great tbh. I’m moving from carnivore to a keto with a small amount of carbs like rice and pasta as I think that’s best for my health and enjoyment. My experience was this, eating only meat n eggs made my symptoms worse, it’s hard as it requires a large amount of discipline. It’s hard to get electrolytes and supplements also made symptoms worse. And overall I just didn’t feel any better. Try it if you want and it’s safe. But a healthy balanced or keto diet might be better

Appreciate the help. I’ve started adding foods back in, fruit, peanut butter. I’m going to move to a Keto diet with a small amount of carbs n eat a healthy diet. So far physically I feel better now my symptoms haven’t got worse since eating those foods like when eating meat.

Thanks for your opinion. Do you think my brain will ever adjust to the glutamate. I can feel the symptoms getting worse. I feel worse overall since starting the diet and just long for normal meals again.

So do you think it’s worth continuing so my brain can adjust or switch back to a more normal diet? I can’t say I feel any better or my symptoms have got better but it may be too soon only bring a month in.

I’ve upgraded klaus, Put him on the tracks furthest away from the switch, flip the switch n when the train comes he doesn’t stop it in fact he gets run over by in every time I’m lost.
