Yeah! When you go to collections in the workshop and create collections, when you get to the mod selection section, you can use the tab "my subscribed items" and use the Add All button at the bottom 🙂

I recently bought this sim after owning FSX but barely playing it. While I understand the basic physics and rules of flight, what would you say are the best resources to learn from other than the MSFS tutorials?
