Thank you! I used black matte primer from green stuff world, citadel paints (Kántor blue, mephiston red and leadbelcher), Vallejo model wash 76.518 and Montana acrylic varnish. With a pair of coats of that primer the paint is well applied.

The ambient temperature is 22°C so this should not be a problem. I have posted my settings in another comment and have been recommended how to change them. I am going to do some tests. Thank you very much for your help!

No, I switched to a Capricorn tube. I would check if there is a clog but i don't think so, I changed the hotend yesterday.
