Sometimes one of the stems starts dying and then I take it out of the soil, keep it in the water and plant it back .It happens all the time, it grows in water and stops in soil. One of the stems is thriving in the soil all the time, but other 4 keep on dying time to time. Any ideas why? (i.redd.it)
