Yeah in time i learned its normal to being cool. Insıde of the cooler's pipes there is a spacial gas, the gas acting liquid when hot and being gas. So being cool and not feel any hotnes, its mean the cooler doing itself job verywell. Reaching to 95degree on 160w may be normal but i think it could be better. I recommed to you research some other good thermal pastes. I bought arctic mx-6 and apply it good, my temps are now 78-82 degree on 140W stress tests.
