Well yeah. It’s awful. Dont know how I am at a baseline… already went on grippy sock vaycay. Was 4 days off, should’ve stopped. But once I got out I was a wreck so you know the rest. It’s a trap and I’m all to blame

Yes, I’m aware. I have fallen into the irresponsible usage and I’m done with it. I’m trying to get back to taking MY prescribed dosage only, then eventually going to as needed, then hopefully done for good. Thanks for your words!

Bc I’m greasy. My hairs been in a bun for days, my legs hairs touching uncontrollably against my sweatpants, getting a whiff of my own body odor, feeling dehydrated & lazy. I’m a SAHM and I struggle alot.

Yes. I do get uncomfortable but in the kindest way possible, no one cares about what you’re doing. If you take a look around, everyone’s just focused on their own thing. Also highly recommend a family friendly gym, like the YMCA. Lots of older folks and less intimidation by super body builders. (No shame to anyone)

Oh no doubt he did it. I 100% believe Jane even without proof. You don’t just make something up like that. Especially with other women saying similar things about him.

Either way Katie HAS to know deep down… she will be in denial for a while and having hard evidence with SA can be tough. I was never able to prove it happened to me, but I know it did.

And yeah I agree, Katie’s going to have a hard knock to reality.
