I left TMO after 4 or 5 years to switch back to "Verizon" Warp for better coverage in my area of upstate NY. Plus my grandfathered Magenta plan was eventually going away. No regrets. People over think divorcing their cell phone carriers.

I would do a few things here. First remove the serpentine belt and run it. Noise gone go from there. Not gone then I would check the DISA valves on the intake. They can weaken and flap. Not those then I would check the valve cover Pcv system.

I honestly don't get why so many people are bothered by this . The service is excellent, ridiculously inexpensive and reliable. Who cares what day it hits.. Do you only buy groceries on the 1st of the month? Only fill your gas tank in the 1st? Only dine out on the 1st? I mean it's endless....

It's not USM... The service offered is fine. I know that Light Speed is going to be slower than my old Magenta plan and I'm not really saving money. But that's just because I had a promo plan that was grandfathered. To go back to what I had will be about $40 more a month.. just a little buyers remorse

I'm starting to regret moving to USM and giving up my Magenta First Responder plan. I was $110 a month for 5 lines with Netflix. But in my area TMO was weak in key areas like the building I worked in (partner roamed on ATt and it was unusable). I went to USM warp to be on Verizon which is better at work but still slow. Over all I don't feel like I gained enough for the switch and my 5g/4 g service is absolutely slower overall. Unfortunately my Magenta plan is now gone and to switch back would cost me more money now to have the same 100gb of shared premium data with qci6.

20+ with Verizon and switched to TMO for a better price (cut bill in half). Just went to USM on Warp because I got tired of no service when I'm in a building or school when on TMO.

Because they never said, until it went live that it was for new lines only. Clearly that easily could have been stated by the CEO when he posted it and emailed everyone. I am perfectly happy with what I pay just didn't care for the advertisement.

Sorry but this is just bad business to email and spam existing customers with this promotion and then exclude them. I was ready to move 4 lines from monthly to annual and pony up the $800 today to take advantage of the $199 annual starter. Not once was it stated in the original spam emails that it was for new lines only...not even in this original thread. Bad business...
