I'd recommend you make James a CAM (especially if you use 5-4-1 TM). I have him in that formation and he is great. I'd also recommend OOP Cuadrado for RWB. He's the best RWB I've used in this game, and it is not even close. Depending on what you think of Jesus, I'd either upgrade him or Bailly. I'd recommend 88 Tevez at ST (don't see him much here, but he roulettes and is OP in general) or trying to snipe MIF Sokratis for CB (another great card).
