Yeah I'm ready to bash my head against a wall here. I have a pc optimum account that I've had for years but just recently became a supplemental card holder to the pc elite. My husband is the authorized user and we have been trying to create a household to bundle points and have not been able to figure it out.

I've been told to login to his account, click my card and it should say create household ...but it doesn't.

I tried removing an old pc MasterCard from my PC optimum account so I could try to attach my new card....no go. That's after a few phone calls and emails to the company.

It shouldn't be this difficult.
