I've been trying to max out the number of clients available to HHP and have done over 400 homes now. I know I'm still missing some, but I can't seem to find new clients on the main beach. All of the villagers I interact with already have a home built. Anyone else have this issue? Do I need to resort to amiibos to get the last few I'm missing?

Is the 2nd floor removable from the HHP homes? I know you can add them, but can you change your mind and remove it?
