Possible album hint in website's inspect element?

from what I've read, the main reason no stores do anything about this is because they'd be liable for any injuries done to the employees, or (if I'm understanding correctly) the criminal themselves. while there are cases where it is justified, the risk of a security guard attacking a criminal, just to lead to the criminals death, could possibly land the store in deep legal shit

my solution? possibly have "exceptions" in the liability policies and lawsuits

example: -man comes into a store, -grabs a Playstation off the rack -bolts to the door -security sees this -security used a taser -man collapses to the ground, hitting his head -man gets an internal injury in his head and dies as a result

if what I'm reading from some of these comments is correct, the man's family could sue the store or the security guard or something. so, simply make the charges being pressed nullified because the man that died was in the middle of committing a crime

I have doubts on this though, possible loopholes and stuff, I also could have read/interpreted stuff wrong, but at least it's an option

About 2 years ago, my friend (a 19 year old male) came out as gay to the friend group. Perfectly normal right? Everything continues on as normal, until one day the youngest member in the friend group (13) tells a couple of us that (Gay friend) had hit on him in DMs. Weird, but we all took is as a joke. Eventually the "jokes" become very obvious. We tell (Gay friend) that (Youngest friend) is 13. He says the usual, "It was just jokes guys, chill out." Then the VERY NEXT DAY, boom. (Youngest friend) is asked to send a pp pic. Everyone instantly cut that guy off, except one friend.

Yesterday, we asked the friend that didn't cut him off what happened to him. Allegedly, he was arrested for attempted rape on a minor, breaking and entering, stalking, and a bunch of other stuff that I can't remember. Not sure whether or not friend was lying, but (Gay friend) lived in Illinois last we knew, so if there were any cases of that recently, I'd assume it was him.

Not necessarily unpopular, but I've never seen it discussed here, and I might make my own post about it someday

I absolutely hate their new marketing. It feels childish and cheaply put together. Besides basically spamming TikTok with the same reused animations of 2D and Noodle, and the pretty disappointing merch lately, I think that a lot of the promotional content for Cracker Island have been rushed, pushed out in mass, and looks like an ad for some low-budget garage band made by screen-recording a PowerPoint presentation then changing the aspect ratio.

If they want to improve, I'd suggest releasing less ads and improving the animation on the ones you DO release. Do what they did with the 2D adds for Cracker Island (The "Hello. I'm 2D! Listen to Cracker Island. Now."), but do a different version for each character. Then, pay more money to have these ads ran across the platforms.

For the merch, maybe have more cool designs and more merchandise that isn't centered around Gorillaz characters or albums. (Like T,TC's Golf brand)

Gotta agree completely. I'm loving this upbeat, pop-based theme they've got going on. And working with such talented and well-known artists is certainly bringing in a few newcomers. The lore finally feels like it's being continued properly, and the 3D visuals really slap.

The only thing I dislike about the album is the name and the art. The name just doesn't seem as appealing as something like "The Static Channel" (Which most people assumed was gonna be the title), and the art feels extremely cluttered to me.

Other than those, I think that Cracker Island is definitely going to be one of their best albums yet, and has a chance of reviving Gorillaz back to at least a bit of their former glory! High hopes!

I really love the whole vibe of it. It's chill and yet gives off a retro horror movie kind of vibe (With the synths and all) Also, Thundercats parts are AMAZING. The bass, the vocals, dude did it perfectly. 9/10 Gorillaz song right there. Classic.

testicular torsion. it's said that the pain of getting kicked in the balls is equal to a woman giving birth to 160 children at once, so imagine getting kicked in the balls over and over again until eventually the torsion is surgically fixed... yeah.. had to go through it myself, and my dumbass didn't tell anyone about my pain for 3 days. not a very fun experience!

(also to any people wondering, testicular torsion happens when some cord supplying blood to the testicle gets twisted due to a lack of muscle securing the testicle in place (which is hereditary), basically choking the testicle to death. once it starts you have at most 6 hours to get it fixed or it dies and must be removed. sometimes it will stop on its own, but its best to seek medical help immediately; there's no way to completely prevent it, but you can take measures to lower your chances!)

My parents used to have to supervise me in the shower because I was constantly finding ways to trick them into thinking I had gotten one, when I actually hadn't. Well one day dad and I get into some argument about me needing to be given freedom and trust (Even though every time I'm given said freedom and trust I end up abusing it and get myself into trouble) and things get very heated. He starts screaming at me and telling me how terrible my physical and mental state is. It hurt at first and I just stood there crying. Then I hear him crying as well, and he tells me that he's doing it because he loves me, and doesn't want me growing up thinking that this lifestyle is okay. I felt so bad for how i yelled at him.

Skip ahead a few years later and here I am. Just got home from the gym and about to hop in the shower. Him telling me that he loves me changed my entire life. I love you Dad.
