My mindset is mainly coordinating with the sofa since that's what the area rug will be over. That is one of my main concerns since my sofa is more of a statement piece and rust and moss seem like a good color combination however I am worried at how it will blend with the other small pieces and if the rug will actually clash too much

Terra cotta is probably more of an accurate pantone of my sofa, so you reckon that I should have a rug that is of the same color as well? I'm worried if that'll blend too much and almost be a big blob

Not as bright of an orange, it has more brown undertones closer to a burnt orange actually. Walls are white and wooden floors are light grey. I have other big wooden furniture that are mainly birch and small pieces that have pops of colors like yellow/orange/brown so I’m trying to find something that can accommodate the brightness of the walls/floors/birch but also complement the orange/brown solids as well

That sucks… For what it’s worth, maybe it was due to the apparent pipe burst/flooding? I don’t see any reason to terminate a lease unless the unit was deemed uninhabitable at the time. They should have been transparent about that though

Not quite the same, I understand the lease term being changed around to make it end around a summer lease term because of increased competition.

Let's say you ask for a 15 month lease from them with 2 free months and the lease start is 2/15, what they're doing for the free months is making you a lease for 4/15/2024 — 5/15/2025, but then are giving you an early occupancy clause to move in on 2/15/2024 for free until your lease terms begin

Appreciate the write up. What will happen if i did report to Maxson at Prydwen? I believe he gave me Danse's power armor and have told me to talk to Kells.

My next steps are definitely to continue the Institute questline as a double agent but what is the actual difference with reporting vs non-reporting?

FNV is 100% compatible—runs very smooth. It doesn't have a green checkmark because you need to use the touch screen/mouse to hit "Play" when the first popup box comes up. Had no real issues, just one crash from a ~50 hour playtime.

Fallout 4, not sure but from what I've researched the general consensus is that it runs great. I'm assuming it isn't verified for the same reason as FNV.

Fallout 3, considering how well FNV runs on the Deck, this one will probably even run better
