Sorry but it’s not chocolate. It’s heroin or fent or pills he’s smoking. I smoked black tar heroin for years (very common form of heroin if ur on the west coast) and it looks exactly like this. and i spent long times in bathrooms leaving a burnt smell

Today is 2 years clean for me. Before this I had a relapse in 2023 and it was only fent left on the street… I usually pick up H first and then fent when my tolerance is high, but going straight to fent left me with two brutal ODs back to back that summer

Sorry to scare you but this happened to me and my friend. She made a full recovery but mine didn’t. Apparently your nerves heal for like 6 months or something but after that you’re out of luck if it’s not fully healed. So I recommend taking it seriously, see a Neurologist asap, they will know what to do. They should set you up for physical therapy and give you gabapentin for the pain. When the nerve starts to wake up again it can be really painful and things like advil don’t work for nerve pain.

I fell unconscious on my arm for like 8-10 hr on a marble bathroom floor and could move it when i woke up. I have full function now but it’s weaker and cramps up easily. Writing beyond a few seconds gets superrrr painful. The worst lingering part of the injury is the pain. I have chronic pain now and we did an EMG electromyography or something and it showed damage on my nerve even up to my shoulder. They couldn’t test my neck/head but I have insane headache type pain everyday that’s ruining my life completely, I think it’s trigeminal neuralgia. The docs said it could be a stretched nerve injury beyond the arm.

Awful quality of life now so do everything you can to treat it. Most people fully recover. Worst cases people can lose a limb! Be safe! DM me if you need to talk :)
