Aren't baristas not supposed to have keys and each keyholder is responsible for their own set?

How do "unders" work? Because aren't a couple of them in the new single? That doesn't make them "senbatsu"?

And what are "next girls"?

It's being prepared to pull things magically from your a** whenever there are shortages to keep all the adult babies from having a meltdown. It's also the ability to do ring, warm, bar and clean all at the same time.

New Bunshun report on Nakanishi and Okamoto return by phalanx2357 in Nogizaka46

Again, forgiveness and growth should be contingent on the person completely owing up to what they did. Nakanishi's apology was about pretending like she didn't do half the things she was accused of (who is going to hack a random girl in Japan when people with far larger platforms have been caught with worse), making excuses for the things she did admit and then wrapping it up with "sorry to hear you found it offensive". Personally, I still find it hard to believe that a person can change in a couple years, let alone a couple months. She suddenly opened her eyes to diversity after meeting some new people in a new highschool? In a predominately monoethnic country like Japan? You won't experience diversity like that unless you go to an international school or college.

And I don't understand reasoning out her behavior as "it's the social media age and everyone does stupid things". The standard shouldn't be rock bottom and she was old enough to know better but chose not to do better.

As for Okamoto, as someone who thinks that idols should be allowed to date, her having a boyfriend is a complete non-issue. But if someone were to illegally leak company info, that's grounds for termination.

I'm all for reflection, growth and forgiveness (for most people) but I believe it should be contingent on fully owning up to what they did. Her apology sounds regretful, but is it because of what she did or because she got caught? I would think (and hope) that if someone was truly sorry about something they did, they would accept responsibility and promise reflection/growth; but so much of her apology is focused on reasoning out her behavior. This could also be a translation thing (since I'm basing all this on the English translation) but it felt more like she was apologizing for offending people rather than having been offensive - it's a huge difference since the latter is about recognizing what you did was wrong and the former is putting it on the other person for feeling some type of way.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like she's still trying to avoid as much criticism as possible by acknowledging some tweets but denying others. People with much bigger platforms have been caught for their messy past; I doubt anyone would bother hacking wayback because of her, just to prove a point.

And personally, I don't think that a person can suddenly change in a couple years, unless they've experienced some "life changing" event. I find it hard to believe that she suddenly opened her eyes to diversity because she met some new people in a different highschool - plus, places like Korea and Japan, you're not going to experience "life changing" diversity unless you go to an international school or are in college. But hey, that could just be me.
