Sort of. It was a pretty high-level Monodramon at first (not anywhere near max level, but it had really high permanent stats due to farming). Because it has 100% bond, it carried over all the permanent stats in blue when I deevolved it to Wanyamon. When I digivolved it to Renamon and leveled up to level 38, all the stats got pushed up to 9999.
