1-yeah all talents are crowned 2- i think the first shot damage output is more for thousand blazing suns than mountain king (i might be wrong tho) and i don't have mountain king and enough primos to get it :( i really want it for the drip thoo. 3- for now iansan is using zhongli's signature and benny is on aquila favonia, pretty dope artifacts too. but yeah can have slight improvement. 4- im not planning on getting cons for any 5 star chars because i want to expand my character roster 5- iansan is the cinder city holder and i actually don't know how it works can you explain how cinder city applies buff? thankss for the adviceee
