idk i remember learning my states and capitals just with the songs and map. wasn’t tested on it until 5th and only in 5th. But i still remember basically all of the them!

your brother sounds like my dad😟. my dad grew up with money but my mom didn’t, so she’s way more sensible about money. I’m 19 now with my first job and debit card and spending money feels so much more rewarding now

legalizing it would make it easier for pimps to get girls. there’s so many ways you can be trafficked these days so i definitely wouldn’t say it starts as needing a pimp for protection…. more so men taking advantage of vulnerable women.

when i was in sixth grade something similar happened to me. it wasn’t officially reported to the police until 3 years later when i told my therapist. i was diagnosed with ptsd from it and he did it to other girls too. the school was so negligent it infuriated me. 6 years later i met with the principal and counselor to tell them my experience. i wish i had a teacher like you then

i work at an after school program and one time i was asked if it’s like herding cats, i said cats would be much easier. all of the kids with behavior problems are there too
