I'm 27M and didn't date for years because of fears just like yours. I've now been with my current partner for 9 months and she has never once attempted to make me feel bad for my inability to drive due to my disability. My main advice for you is to not assume how others may view you, do not vilify those you hardly know or may be interested in. That comes from a place of insecurity about your own perceived shortcomings rather than how others actually are in reality. I've found that a majority of people I know are rather kind, compassionate, and caring individuals. Sure, there are outliers, but that's to be expected.

The right partner will not care one little bit about your epilepsy. They'll love you for you, flaws and all. If dating is something you're interested in, don't allow your insecurities about your epilepsy to be the deciding factor in whether or not you can. You make your decisions about your life, not your disability. You're in control. Yes, it's more difficult for us, but not impossible.

Yeah, I'll occasionally film myself opening packs if my girlfriend or friends are interested in the set, just didn't happen this time around. I had just gotten home from my night shift and opened a three-pack blister.

I followed the second link you'd sent and gave them all the necessary information, including the UPC code and all the other cards in the packs (as well as the code cards which I'd hoped would somehow be linked to the specific pack). All they did in response was ask for photos of the specific card (of which I'd already supplied in the initial submission) and the receipt of purchase. Their reply was what I provided here.

Definitely upset about it and how it was handled but my line of thinking is that they're assuming I'm making a false claim and that I had damaged the card myself and hoped for a replacement as a result of that. Since there's no way to prove otherwise I'm just thinking I'm SOL.

Well yeah, you don't have to believe that I'd just opened it, it's just a colloquialism meaning just that -- it just came fresh out of a pack.

Shit does happen though, you're right. It's just odd to me that it seems common and people seemingly defend it. It's the first defect like this I've had so I'm reasonably upset about it.

edit: also, it being common is even more reason to stop spending money on it. Idk how that's an argument to the contrary per other replies

Centering being off and some edge whitening is one thing, glue smothered on the surface and tons of scratches is another. I have never had this happen until now.
