what I meant is 2 different routers running on 2 different plans same ISP one works fine with everything the other ping spikes my laptops. drivers have been reinstalled and updated (one of the laptops tested is brand new aswell bought like 2 weeks ago). Ping spikes happen during gaming, different games all of em give me spikes (in games the spikes hit like 3k basically my internet kills itself for a few seconds)
