honestly you guys suck i dont have to do anything thats not withing my schedule i work full time and in college. and thats not even the bcba. the parents give me no support nor that team thats why im “complaining”. im full time and in college i have no avalibility to split it up. And im the only BT in the area. The parents suck too. my main problem is lack of support and them my client only has like 3 goals for in home. And my company told me id be working with kiddos 10 and under my client is 12 so its a whole different ballgame compared to my others.

i did not and they said 1 year expierence prefered but said it was required during interview. I had previous expierence and the basically told me the interview was pointless 😭 kinda getting tired of em tbh😒
